LETTER OF APPRECIATION

Following my letter of request dated 10 Aug 2005, i continued to make further enquiries from your staff Miss Siti Rohaya for assistance to obtain some bank records and transaction details in relation to a case of Murder that i was investigating.

I was very impressed by her politenes, professionalism and promptness in getting the information. Although the information was not readily available to her, she was kind and tactful to give me the correct advice and timeframe. She took the initiative to check with other counter departments without giving me negative answer immediately. She understood the urgency and sensitiveness attached to the case and gave me her fullest co-operation. Her resourcefulness and thoughtfulness was certainly marveled by me.

Please extend my deepest appreciation to Miss Siti Rohaya. She has certainly potrayed a good image of your department. I am sure this equally translatea to a higher business opportunity for your bank.
