Super Slow Service at CGH A&E

Okay Mar, if you still can't read this I dunno what to say.. This is LARGE.. Hehe..

Just wanted to share what happened yesterday..

Saiful's mum was sent to Changi General Hospital for high fever and Asthma.. Temperature was 39.6 degrees celsius. I rushed to the hospital once I got the phone call from Saiful's aunt. Went with Saiful.. He fetched me from home straight after he booked out from camp..

Reached the hospital's A&E Department at 8.30. His mum and Amrul, his brother, had been there since 6.30..It's been 2 hours, and only 2 0r 3 numbers had been called. Met his aunt and his cousin outside the A&E.. His aunt asked this young guy who was also waiting for his number how long he had been waiting.. The guy said 4 hours.. What the heck seh!! Orang kalau tengah nazak boleh meninggal seh tunggu lama2..

Finally at 10.30, his mother decided to withdraw. We left.. She couldn't take it anymore.. Mintak tolong his cousin send the mum to a 24-hour clinic.. Within an hour, she was already back at home.. CGH nyer A&E sux seh.. Take so bloody long.. Rabak kan?

So my advice, think many2 times before you send anyone there.. Maybe the 24-hour clinics nearby might be more efficient..

Anyway, his mum is recovering now.. Not to worry y'all..
